Dipped – Cut & Sewn gloves are made by die cutting multiple pieces of properly shaped uncoated interlock or jersey fabrics made of cotton or cotton blends and then sewing the cut parts into glove liners using high quality industrial sewing machines. These glove liners are placed on three dimensional glove molds and then dipped or flow coated with various protective polymers such as natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, polyvinylchloride and polyurethane. This process allows the manufacture of a wide range of durable, flexible, cut and chemical resistant products.
